Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday, 6 pm EST through Sunday, or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your shipment experiences a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

Flat Rate Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using USPS. USPS’s delivery standard is 3 - 4 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $8 applies to orders shipped within the United States. 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping for Domestic orders over $80

Damages

Dxmonsters.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia.

Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using UPS. UPS’s international delivery standard is 2 - 10 days. We offer $45 flat rate shipping to Canada, UK, and Australia.

We currently do not ship to any other countries.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Levelup Lemon LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@leveluplemon.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

UPS cannot deliver to a PO Box. If a shipment is addressed to a PO Box, your delivery may experience delays.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery

We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by the USPS and UPS. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

Levelup Lemon LLC will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

Refunds, Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@leveluplemon.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
